Where are you located?
I am located in Keller, Texas. Exact pick-up location will be provided in your invoice.
Do you deliver?
Occasional delivery is available upon request for an additional fee and depending on distance and my availability.
How far in advance should I order?
ASAP!*
*Your order is only confirmed once full payment has been received. If payment is not received within 48 hours of placing your order, I will attempt to make one reminder. If payment has not been received within 24 hours of that reminder, your requested order date is forfeited.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
Once you've placed your order, you can make changes within ten days of your pick-up date. If your pick-up date is less than ten days away,, changes to your order may not be able to be accommodated.
What is your cancellation policy?
Orders cancelled within ten days of the pick-up date will receive a complete refund. Orders cancelled within less than ten days of the pick-up date will receive a partial refund, based on supplies ordered and prepared for your order. If the cookies have been baked and/or decorated already, no refund will be given. In this circumstance it is recommended you still pick up your cookies and freeze them. Cancellation policy may vary for orders over 6 dozen, due to the extended advanced preparation to accommodate these larger orders.
Why do prices vary by order?
Custom sugar cookies are priced based on many factors. Apart from the standard baking process, decorating custom cookies is quite labor and time intensive, involving several time consuming stages for every batch, including hours of decorating per dozen. Prices vary as the complexity of requests and intricacy of designs differ for every order. I want you to receive the end result you desire, based on your budget and requests.
How long do the cookies stay fresh?
Cookies in heat sealed packaging will stay fresh within their packing for up to two weeks.
Once removed from their packaging, cookies will remain freshest in an airtight container or bag for up to a week.
Can I freeze the cookies?
Yes! Place the cookies in a freezer bag and/ or airtight container. Freeze in a standard freezer for up to three months and a deep freezer for up to six months. Remove your cookies from the freezer the night before you'll need them. Do NOT open the container or freezer bag until the cookies are completely thawed. Once they are completely thawed, enjoy!
Do you offer gluten free, vegan, or sugar free options?
Not at this time
Are your cookies allergen-free?
My signature cookie contains dairy, wheat, eggs, and nuts (I use pure almond extract in my signature recipe).
I operate under Texas Cottage Food Law from a shared home kitchen, and cannot guarantee any cookie order free from cross-contamination of any food allergen.
Do you ship?
Per the Texas Cottage Food Law, I am prohibited from shipping my cookies. However, if you have any friends or family local to DFW, they can pick up your cookies and ship them to you personally!
